Selling your HOA property

Where to find resources you need

We want to help to provide what you’ll need from the HOA in your property sale.  Following are resources for you and your buyer in the sale or purchase of property.

Provide these resources to your listing agent or other professionals in the transaction.

First: It’s your obligation to notify the community when you list your property for sale; send a message to transactionsupport@microhoa.com.

HOA declarations/bylaws/CC&Rs: Documents can be accessed through your homeowner portal. Current versions of HOA documents and any amendments are available through the HOA portal; obtain these documents rather than ones that were provided to the current owner at the time of their property purchase.

If you don’t have access to the owner portal, go to https://www.homewisedocs.com/ or follow the 'Need documents?' link at www.microhoa.com.

Transaction fulfillment reporting requests, including seller disclosures and financial reporting, go to https://www.homewisedocs.com/, or follow the 'Need documents?' link at www.microhoa.com.

Lender questionnaires:   Go to https://www.homewisedocs.com/, or follow the 'Need documents?' link at www.microhoa.com.

Closing attorney letters and other requests: Go to transactionsupport@microhoa.com.

Escrow demands should be sent to transactionsupport@microhoa.com.

If you have other questions, reach out to transactionsupport@microhoa.com.

We wish you the very best with your transaction.  Please let us know if you have questions about the HOA in the process.
