Billing Options

Utility billing $8/per unit per billing period

Data collection from community utility account; calculation of individual homeowner usage; invoicing to owners; monitoring system functionality.

Completion of Resale and Refinancing Lender Requirements:

Condominium certification questionnaire completion $250

• A detailed questionnaire about the property’s construction, legal organization, insurance, and financial status is required by mortgage lenders at the time of all sales and refinances. Fees for completion of these required and detailed questionnaires are customary in the lending industry.  

• This fee is charged to the buyer or refinancer rather than the HOA.

Insurance review $350

• Review HOA insurance policy to confirm adequate coverages as required by association’s bylaws and lender requirements, acquire estimates for corrections when necessary, and present recommendations to the HOA board of directors.
